$140k – $170k Package 

Why is this role for you?

You are a PM with a few projects under your belt but are bored in your role and you need a new challenge in 2025.

Maybe you are in a corporate business with tonnes of people above you blocking career opportunities or perhaps you want a more diverse range of projects to work on.

You’ve always liked the idea of working with a smaller, growing boutique consultancy where you are actively involved in more than just project management and you can develop your skills and climb the career ladder.

This company can offer that benefit to you without the big risk. They have offices across other states, 59 staff and an excellent reputation in NSW and VIC. 

They want to build that same reputation in QLD and this is where you come in.

They are about to move into a bigger office space (fits 15-20) and the team of 4 are winning some great projects that need a skilled PM to deliver them. 

Joining now means you’d be at the start of a big growth phase which means you’ll be first in line to be their next SPM or project director in the future. 

You’d get exposed to a wide range of projects in varied sectors and the team in QLD are friendly, helpful, settled and most importantly, very knowledgeable, so they can pass new skills onto you. 

Starting salary is in the $140k-$170k package range plus a yearly bonus paid at the EOFY and they offer flexible hours and WFH.

  • You have 5+ years post-grad experience as an APM/PM delivering projects for a client-side consultancy in construction
  • You can demonstrate that you are a team player who enjoys helping others and you want to work in a smaller, close-knit team
