If you want to work with a builder that has a healthy bank balance, a high staff retention and delivers projects with repeat clients then this is the role for you.
This is a growth role within the business to ensure the current team isn’t over worked and because their pipeline is impressive. You’d start on a $5million hospitality refurb or a $3million new build child care centre with clients they have worked with for decades.
The SM’s and CA’s in the business have all been there for some time and staff turnover is ridiculously low. Possibly even the best in Sydney. Making your life much easier.
Year on year they are profitable with a turnover around $50million so it’s a happy business that don’t cut corners trying to save pennies and screwing over their subbie base on each project.
Salary is in the $280-$300k package range, they have free parking at the office and you’d have direct access to the owners and MD as it’s a very flat management structure with around 50 staff. If you enjoy the complexity of ‘live’ environment projects that have heavy refurb elements and are across a range of sectors then this is the right Project Manager role for you.
