$160k – $170k + Super

Why is this role for you?

You’re an experienced CA who wants a change of pace. A new challenge. Getting out of Sydney and the hustle and bustle. More beaches to explore and less traffic jams is what you are after.

Working with a tier 1 builder you’d use the best systems, have top end subbies to work with and they have a tonne of cash in the bank so you won’t have people pestering you for payments all the time.

You’d have a team of CA’s with you and a very experienced contracts manager to work with who has been with the company over a decade so you’d get plenty of guidance.

The perks are plentiful including a yearly 5% bonus, salary continuance insurance, discounts for shops and free counselling sessions for your health and financial health.

Salary would start in the $160-$170k plus super range and there would be scope to move into a more senior role after this project has finished.

I’m really interested, but can you do this job?

We certainly hope so! You’ll need a strong track record of being a CA previously delivering new build projects of $50million+.

If you’ve done health projects before that would be a bonus though commercial, industrial, aged care etc would all be ideal.

You’d be able to work from a live environment site in Newcastle.
