If you are nodding away as you read then this is a Contract Administrator role that will fix those problems.
Initially you’d learn new skills under the guidance of a SCA on a brand new $15million project that includes new build elements, a refurbishment and new services. You aren’t inheriting a mess of a project.
From there you’d get the chance to run your own larger projects as a Contract Administrator before progressing into a junior Project Manager role. This is in a company that had a retention rate last year of 91% so it’s a happy place to work and subbies love working with this builder.
You’ll be part of a business of 100 with direct and daily interaction with the GM and PM’s who have been with the company 10 years+, so you’ll be well supported and will have a clear idea of the direction of the company and of your career.
You’ll enjoy free onsite parking at a bright and welcoming new office which is also by a train station if you’d be prefer that way to travel.
