Why this Site Manager role for you?

You’ve been a foreman or Site Manager for a few years delivering fitout projects, and you want a change.You know, there are better builders out there that look after their team, pay their subbies on time and have a good project pipeline.

Working for a builder who’s been around 20 years you’ll deal directly with the senior team, PM’s and decisions are made fast. Your voice will be heard.

Safety is integral here and doing the right thing for their staff and clients is at the heart of what they do. You won’t be cutting corners or delivering rubbish projects. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of D+C projects across various sectors. It’s not the same stuff week in and week out.

Perks wise you’ll get a salary package of $160-$180k + super plus a yearly bonus based on the success of the projects that you’ve been working on.

Be rewarded for your hard yakka.

This sounds good to you, but what are we looking for

You just need to tick 4 boxes to be in with a shout of getting this great role.

• You’ve been running your own projects as a SM for at least 4 years on commercial, education or gov FO and refurb projects in Australia from $1-$10million.
• You are an excellent communicator and have had great feedback from clients. You appreciate you are the face of the business on site and present well.
• You’ve worked on D+C projects and know how to deliver projects that don’t have a full design scope at the start of the project.
• You can keep a detailed site diary and comfortable using construction software like Procore and Hammertech.
