Why is this role for me
You’ll love this role as each project you’ll deliver will be different and will need your brainpower and site manager skills. There is no chance of you getting bored here working the same type of projects.
With projects from $2-$20 million, you’ll be tested on either complex new builds or challenging refurbs – particularly in the private education or aged care sectors.
You’ll start on a new project kicking off in late Feb so you’ll be coming on board early to get up to date with their systems before starting. This is the sort of forward planning these guys are known for.
Projects are in the Sydney Metro area so travel is minimal and the salary range on offer is in the $200-$230k package range.
With staff retention at 90% you’ll soon see why people stick around, you won’t be worked to the bone and the project teams are experienced and not overloaded. Making your life easier.

What can you tell me about the company?
With 35 years delivering projects and 120 staff in Sydney it’s safe to say that they know what they are doing. Within the interiors team you’d work closely with 20 people but you’d also be able to interact with the construction team who number around 100.
As the SM you’d get a flexible start and finish time and you will only ever work on 1 project. As a builder they usually turn tenders away if they aren’t profitable or have unrealistic programs.
They are the sort of builder that people have moved to and wished that they had made the move sooner!
Respecting their subbies and suppliers is the reason why they a top reputation in NSW for their project delivery and consistent results.
Sounds good – what skills do you expect from me?
You don’t need to be the finished article to apply for this role but we’d love to hear from you if you have these 3 attributes;
You’ve worked on aged care, commercial or education projects previously
You have a trade background and ideally a CERT IV in Construction
You’ve delivered new build projects up to $10 million+ previously in Australia
