With your new build experience, you’d deliver industrial warehouses, shopping centres and complex refurbs in the $30-$100million range and you’d start on a brand new project at Sydney Airport worth $90million.
Working alongside a SPM and PM who have been at the business 10 years+ you’ll oversee CA’s and SM’s on site where there is a tonne of stakeholder management.
Salary wise you’ll start off on a $170-$200k package with a yearly financial appraisal and a Christmas bonus. This will increase yearly as you learn more and get better at the PM role.

You’ve been a PM or for at least 2 years in Australia

You have solid head contractor experience in Australia with some longer stints of employment
