As the CM you’ll oversee 3 project teams and you’ll be involved in design, methodology, ECI’s and managing clients expectations on projects from $5-$25million.
The office is new and is in a cracking spot, right by the highway with free office parking and a 10-minute walk from the train station (5 if you have long legs).

Salary package is $250k+++ and with flexible hours to suit you this is a great to chance to take the step up and prove yourself as a brilliant construction manager.
What can you tell me about the company?
After 24 years of construction, a track record of delivering over 4500 projects and with an annual turnover of $220million these guys know how to build.
Starting within the fit-out and refurb sectors they have diversified in the last 5 years with new build projects delivered for the government at local and state level.
They operate in NSW, VIC and QLD with Sydney being their head office and where their flat management structure is based and most of their 180 staff.
They offer flexible working hours and a collaborative team environment in a brand-new shiny office. With high staff retention and a settled new-build team they are looking for someone who can help them further grow that part of their business.
How can you be successful as a construction manager?
This role would suit you if you have a good track record of delivering projects up to $25million but you also don’t mind working on smaller valued projects.
You’ll be experienced within education, health or aged care projects and be up to speed with GC21 government contracts and D+C contracts.
You’ll work with repeat clients and be working with an existing team who have been with the company a while, with well-tuned processes and systems in place.
Reporting to the project director you’ll enjoy support whilst also getting a lot of autonomy to deliver the projects in the way you think is best.
