Why is this role for me
You’re a contracts administrator who has a few $20million+ projects under your belt and you now need a change. You know the market is booming and it’s time to make the leap. To test yourself in a more senior role.
You want that extra responsibility as a senior CA. To take that extra step closer to becoming a PM or a contracts manager.
You don’t want to get burnt out or make a bad move though. That won’t happen here. Theres a reason that staff stay on average 7 years and why their retention rate is at 92% over the last 2 years. Well above industry average.
You’ll learn more skills under the guidance of other experienced CA’s and PM’s and if there is something you don’t know or need to brush up on they’ll get you some paid training.

You’ll earn $140-$170k package + a yearly bonus in July. Salary insurance, birthdays off, paid health, trips away are just some of the other things that make this a great place to be.
What can you tell me about the company?
Still family owned after 30 years the company encourage their employees to include family at work events. Partners go the annual company awards and Christmas party and kids’ parties are regularly held. With all this activity the team get together for well-earned Friday drinks and a game of pool and table tennis if you are in the office.

Sounds good – what skills do you expect from me?
You’ve been a CA for at least 5 years and you’ve done a few new build projects from start to finish. You can happily run your own show and don’t need your hand holding.
Getting better and learning from others makes you tick. You’ll be surrounded by professionals who have worked for the big builders and know how to work out problems. You can bounce your ideas past them at any time as you’ll be working on site with them most of the time.
