You are currently an Assistant Project Manager with a Project Manager Consultancy or a Contracts Admin with a builder, and you know there are better roles out there for you.
With the right training and mentorship, you back yourself to learn quickly as you have a great work ethic and enjoy soaking up knowledge from others.
You want a better work-life balance and a chance to enjoy your weekends again. Or maybe you want exposure to a broader range of projects.
And you’ll get that within this role. PM’s and the senior team and supportive and with projects in the health, gov, education, aged care, commercial and resi sectors you won’t get bored on the same old projects.
Starting salary range is $90-$120k package plus a yearly bonus and there are plenty of other perks that staff enjoy including WFH, 23 days AL, paid study leave and structured training.
