With 30 years of experience delivering projects in Sydney it’s safe to say that they know what they are doing. Their staff turnover is ridiculously low mainly because you are treated like family, don’t get overworked and they enjoy doing lots of team activities such as tough mudder, touch rugby, monthly meals out and lots of charity events. They are the sort of builder where people have moved to and wished that they had made the move sooner.
We certainly hope so! You’ll need a strong track record of being a CA previously delivering projects of at least $20million. Ideally, you’d have 4 years + post grad experience with a builder and be a very effective and confident communicator. You won’t need to be the finished article but you will need to be able to demonstrate at interview why you are ready and to take on the responsibility of being a project manager in the near future.
Apply below or get in touch for a confidential chat. We’ll walk you through the builder, project, and culture in detail. We’d love to use our construction recruitment experience to help you find your next construction job in Sydney.
