Why is this Contracts Administrator role for you?

You’re a Contracts Administrator who has a few $20million+ projects under your belt and you now need a change. You know the market is booming and it’s time to make the leap and test yourself in a more challenging role.

You want that extra responsibility and to become a Senior Contracts Administrator or Junior Project Managers in the next 12-18 months. Your current skills and hard work aren’t being appreciated or acknowledged and you feel like you’ve reached a dead end.

You don’t want to get burnt out or make a bad move though. That won’t happen here. There’s a reason staff stay for an average of 7 years and why their retention rate has been 91% over the last 2 years. That’s well above the industry average.

You’ll learn more skills under the guidance of other experienced Contracts Administrators and Project Managers and if there is something you don’t know or need to brush up on they’ll get you some paid training.

This role sounds great, but what experience are you looking for?

• You’ve been a CA for 4+ years and have delivered a few new build projects from start to finish in Australia in the $20-$40million range.
• You are confident with procurement and comfortable working across a project from start through to handover.
• You can drive and want a mix of office (St Leonards) and being site based ideally.
• You’d like to be promoted into a SCA or junior PM role in the next 12-18 months.
