You are an Estimator who enjoys estimating, but you know you’re only scratching the surface.
Maybe you’re pricing small jobs, doing take offs all day or working for someone too busy to properly mentor you. You want someone to teach you the commercial side of estimating, how to win tenders and how experienced estimators think.
And you’ll get that in bucketloads here.
You’ll join a team of three experienced new build estimators working on D+C projects valued between $5million and $40million. They’ll teach you everything from take offs and subcontractor packages through to tender submissions and pricing strategy.
The Estimating Manager has over 30 years’ experience and genuinely enjoys developing junior people. The Director is also very hands on and supportive which is one of the reasons why their staff retention is so high.
You’ll work in a structured environment where you’ll learn the right way from day one rather than picking up bad habits. Setting you up for life as an estimator in Australia.
Starting salary is between $90k – $110k + super + bonus, with yearly salary reviews as your skills improve. The more you learn, the more you earn.
