You are a Project Manager who wants to take on larger valued projects in a business where retention is high, the team is happy and the subbies are well looked after.
You want smart people around you, you don’t want headaches with systems and processes and you want to build long term relationships with the clients and subbies.
You enjoy getting your hands dirty and still being across the project in terms of procurement, dealing with subbies and design coordination but you now want more exposure to programming and client interaction.
You’d be office based (near Macquarie Park) with free parking though they are close to the train station if public transport is your thing.
The company have all the right structures and processes in place so you won’t need to reinvent the wheel.

Starting salary is in the $200-$250k package range and a yearly allowance towards hobbies and interests as they look to push for work/life balance.
