You’ll commence on one of Sydney’s largest residential developments in Chatswood consisting of 550 apartments across two 60-storey towers with nine basement levels and a project duration of around 4-5 years.
Joining before construction ramps up means you’ll help establish the site’s safety culture from the very beginning.
You’ll work closely with the project leadership team, subcontractors and workers on site, carrying out inspections, coaching teams, leading investigations when required and ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of every shift.
This isn’t about catching people out.
It’s about building a culture where people genuinely buy into safety.
Salary is in the $160k-$190k package range depending on your experience.
