As a Site Mamager you’d get plenty of support from the office team, the subbies won’t be pestering you to get paid every week and you’d build projects in sectors they understand and have delivered in before.
You’ll take over a $60million Woolworths project at Austral South where structure has been completed and has a further 12 months on the project. There is no mess to inherit, site access is excellent and the team is very experienced. As projects go it shouldn’t be a headache for a good SM.
All being well, you’ll be in line for a decent bonus at the end of next June when they pay their bonuses and you’d enjoy other perks like extra hols, salary insurance protection and a flexible work culture. All reasons why their staff retention is a whopping 91%!
The starting salary range is within the $240-$300k range.
