You’re a Senior Contracts Administrator who knows how to run the commercial side of a project. You’re comfortable taking ownership from procurement right through to handover.
But you’re ready for a change.
Maybe you’ve hit a ceiling where you are. Maybe you’re doing the work of a lead Senior Contracts Administrator without the title or salary. Or you just want more responsibility with a better builder around you.
You’ll be the lead Senior Contracts Administrator on projects in the $20-$70million range, working closely with experienced Project Managers while mentoring and developing Junior Contracts Administrator and Cadets.
You’ll work with good subbies who are paid on time and a management team that understands construction. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and get on with your job without being left on your own.
