You’re a Structures Foreman who enjoys the challenge of getting projects out of the ground.
You like being on site early, planning the works, coordinating formworkers, steel fixers and concrete crews, and making sure everything runs safely, efficiently and to programme.
The problem is your current job has become more stressful than rewarding.
